Meite Dandy is a passionate jeweler based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, creating original jewelry pieces primarily from silver and occasionally from gold, brass and bronze. His fascination with jewelry started in childhood, where he spent time in a family of jewelers in Lakota. This early exposure led him to develop a creative spirit, and by high school, his passion had overtaken his studies, propelling him into the world of jewelry making.

His designs are deeply influenced by African cultural heritage, with motifs like the Ciwara mask from northern Côte d’Ivoire, which he incorporates into his pieces to celebrate and preserve local traditions.

Meite’s work combines simplicity and depth, reflecting life’s richness and his personal experiences. Through his Bag'Art collection, he showcases the art of rings, inspired by personal challenges and his belief in constant creative evolution. Meite Dandy's vision is rooted in deconstructing traditional norms and opening new horizons in the world of jewelry.
