NEW Afro, founded in 2022, is dedicated to connecting creatives from diverse cultures. Our main activities include art curation and the management of creative talents.
While the art scene is teeming with talent and creativity, not all artists have the opportunity to showcase or export their work. Cultural stereotypes often hinder a fair exchange of creativity.Through our cultural start-up, we bring together creatives with African backgrounds and those from other cultures. Our goal is to create a fairer, open, stronger, more diverse, and intercultural art industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies
- Write engaging content for various media channels
- Maintain and update NEW Afro's social media presence
- Collaborate with the intercultural team to promote the project
- Direct collaboration with international artists
Requirements:
- Studying or having a background in communication, marketing, or related fields (but not necessarily)
- Enthusiasm for cultural projects
- Creativity and strong communication skills
- Proficient in common office programs and social media platforms
- Proficiency in English, German, and French as working languages
- Ability to work online
